  1. Marc, I love your comments and challenge. I just finished reading The Leadership Train by Orrin Woodward and one of the points he makes in his book speaks exactly to the point of integrity: my life is not about me, it is about others - living to serve. The apostle Paul says do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit but with humility of mind let each of you consider one another more important than self. Sadly to say the culture in our society and so many companies today reinforces the exact opposite, reinforcing the idea that it is all about self at the expense of others; imaging building vs. integrity building. If I am honest with myself, I find myself constantly challenged not to fall into this trap of doing things that build up my image at the expense of others. I whole hardheartedly agree with Mike's comments in that you and others in LIFE Leadership inspire and challenge me to be the best me possible. Great questions to make a part of my daily habits each day.
