It really is true that when you have too many goals, or the goals aren't believable, we begin to lose sight of where we want to go. Focus on what you want, are you willing to work for it, set goals to achieve it. It's a great reminder that the things we are learning are not just for leading our businesses but more importantly in life as well. Thanks for the perspective.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10692764531718709936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6572221509447078187.post-2456613676880117562013-01-22T10:15:42.258-08:002013-01-22T10:15:42.258-08:00Great post about the power of focused goal setting...Great post about the power of focused goal setting. It's not just for the workplace. It's not just for building a business. It's for personal growth. It's for raising our families! In my opinion, my biggest failure would not be living in this house forever, driving the same car I have now or not hitting my numbers goals...it would be not using this information to change my heart and mind in a way that helps shape my children's hearts and minds. This is such an important aspect of the situation with Kali and I'm thankful you brought it up!

Secondly, like Kali, I have been in that same place...I don't know that I could've put words, so eloquently, to the feeling, but the idea of it being a fog is dead on! What a testimony to your parenting and the things you've learned on the Team, that you could offer her a solution and that a 15 year old would listen to what you had to say! Way to go Kali!

I'm so glad I read this post, as I feel ready for the future if I or someone I know is feeling this way!Kristen Schillnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6572221509447078187.post-76534359176624178842013-01-22T07:07:49.072-08:002013-01-22T07:07:49.072-08:00Awesome article Kristine!!

That really felt like the story of my life! In an effort to "do it all" to "have it all", so many times I've felt myself spinning my wheels. A 3-step pattern to live by and keep near. It doesn't matter how young or old you are, it's important to live a rich life!Carla Girardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09485637619033497115noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6572221509447078187.post-65103795429233659202013-01-21T17:48:49.429-08:002013-01-21T17:48:49.429-08:00Kristine, Thanks so much for sharing!
